Sterling Glidiator pads are uniquely designed to fit into the wing of an idler frame and are available to suit 4”, 5” & 6” diameter rolls. They are the same width as the roll lengths and come in 4 feet lengths. The full width prevents the belt from jamming in between bars on an impact bed, where there are gaps between bars, which is also an area for material to build. The Glidiators are easy to install and are available to drop into existing manufacturer’s idler frames or as a complete station. |
